It is easy to make an appointment online, and walk-ins are definitely accepted. The staff is courteous and professional. The doctors, nurses and PAs are highly knowledgeable and caring. I have always received the best care. This is my go-to source when I am ill, as it is impossible to make a timely appointment with my 'regular' physician.

Refused to treat my daughter! She needed 3 simple stitches and they would not provide her with any care. Took her into an un-sanitized room to “evaluate” her and then sent us walking. Very disappointed with the service from the physician here!

Friendly Staff. Fast & Easy.

My family and I have been in several times throughout the last few years. Every time we go in, including this recent visit we are always pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable the staff and doctors are and quick & hassle free everything is. FYI - this time around I went in for a skin patch that got infected on my arm. I wasn't expecting a general doctor to have that much knowledge on it, but thought I would give it a shot since I couldn't get an appointment with a dermatologist specialist. The doctor recommended a certain treatment and when I was able to see a dermatologist 2 days later, they were shocked that the treatment plan was exactly what they would recommend. So thank you neighborhood urgent care, another positive experience when we can't get to our primary doctors.

Glad to get a rapid test, but I wish you had asked how long it was since my exposure, since it gave me a false sense of security, and I tested positive this morning with a home test -- after exposing a number of people.
